1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.

How to Cancel

To cancel an order, contact us via:

Provide your Order ID, phone number, and reason for cancellation

If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund (if payment was made online).

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped or handed over to the courier:

Cancellation is not guaranteed

Customers may refuse delivery, after which the return rules will apply

You may still request a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return & Refund Policy

3. BeshBuys-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

Product is out of stock

Incorrect pricing or product information

Non-payment for online orders

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

Delivery address is incomplete, unreachable, or invalid

Customer does not respond to confirmation attempts (for COD orders)

Customers will be notified via SMS, email, or phone call.

If payment was already made, a full refund will be issued.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as follows:

Cash on Delivery (COD): No charges apply

Online Payment: Refund will be sent to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 3–10 business days, depending on the payment provider

5. Pre-Orders & Special Orders

For pre-orders, customized items, or special-request items:

Cancellation may not be possible after processing

Any cancellation request will be reviewed case-by-case

6. Failure to Deliver

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

Wrong or incomplete address

Customer not available to receive the order

Failure to respond to courier attempts

The order may be cancelled. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.
